This gorgeous dress works for both pregnancy and nursing. It has a drawstring empire waist, which is very slimming post pregnancy but also sweetly frames the belly during pregnancy. For nursing the tie at the neckline can be loosened and the white under layer, which is sewn into the dress at the top, pulls aside. The dress is fully lined.
