We sincerely hope you love your Modest Classy clothing but we understand that sometimes an item may just not be the right fit. Please read our policy below before placing your order to ensure there are no surprises with processing any changes, cancellations, or returns.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to make a change to a confirmed order, please contact us within 24 hours from receipt of your order confirmation email. You can reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will cancel your original order and place a new one.
Since we want you to love your Modest Classy clothing, we gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed and unaltered merchandise within 30 days from the date of order delivery (as recorded by the shipping provider).
If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we offer a full refund or store credit.
You may receive your refund in one of the following two ways:
- A refund of the item purchase price, made in the original form of payment and the shipping fee associated with the returned item(s).
- A Modest Classy credit – this is store credit for the item purchase price and the shipping fee associated with the returned item(s).
Please email us before sending back your product at email@example.com if you require a refund or store credit for items which are faulty, damaged or incorrect. You will have to ship the faulty item back to us.
If you have changed your mind or require a different size, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before sending back your item. Items must be posted back within 7 days of receipt, with the post mark indicating the date. Please note that items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. Please obtain your proof of postage until you have received your exchange or store credit. Please note, clearance items are final sale and we cannot ship a different size or item back to you.
Upon receipt of your items, Modest Classy can offer you an exchange (product of the same price) or store credit of the same amount.
For clothing that is made-to-order, just for you and no one else, we charge a small fee of $30 per item which will be deducted from your refund. We charge this fee because we are not building inventory into our up front pricing, therefore offering you the lowest pricing possible for made-to-order clothing. Since this dress has been made only for you and you have selected the exact measurements, we cannot offer a full refund. Once the dress is returned, we will provide the refund minus the $30 fee.
